We welcomed Snickers into our family last night. Jason & I had known for about a week that we had found a puppy for our family. However, we didn't tell the kids. I think it was the hardest secret I had to keep from them and waiting the week to pick him up was worse that waiting the 9 months of being pregnant. But the time has come, Snickers is here and we are all very excited. Hayden absolutely loves him. He had to spend a few minutes on time out last night because he wasn't sharing. Logan was a little shy at first-but he is being very good with Snickers. Very gentle. Emma. Well-she loves Snickers too. I don't think her smile left her face since we've brought him home. She's quite the 'mother' to Snickers-and that is a joy to watch. For his first night he slept in the cage in Emma's room. I didn't hear a peep. But Emma said he did cry during the night-but it must not of bothered her as she didn't come get me.

Yes we did...but b/c of Hayden's first balling...then yelling in excitement-I'm not so sure how well it turned out. :( But they were SO excited. :)
