Today after church we went to my parents house for lunch. Its something we do every Sunday after church. Well, after we were done eating my mom proceeded to read from the bible and pray. As soon as she said "Amen" Emma proceeds to tell us that Jenni had her eyes open during prayer! And we all laughed. But then I asked Emma how she knew Jenni had her eyes open during prayer, and she responded without hesitation "because I had one eye open and one eye closed." How can you not laugh after a comment like that? So cute. She even made the little face. Well, tonight I asked her to make the same face to try to capture it in a picture. I really wish I had a camera when she made the face this noon, but this is close.
